Overview
O365 / Office Apps Cloud Solution Architects (CSAs) - Mandarin speaker. This role focuses on delivering AI-powered guidance, deployment, adoption, and support for O365 / Office Apps initiatives for enterprise customers. Mandarin language is mandatory along with the required skill sets.
As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of O365 / Office Apps initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing complex enterprise environments.
- Conduct standard product workshops and training sessions.
- Lead in-depth product reviews and whiteboard (chalk talk) sessions.
- Perform health checks and assessments.
- Conduct post-operational reviews of product implementations.
- Assess product upgrades and migrations.
- Review systems performance.
- Act as the primary technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical support, and problem resolution for corporate customers, including issues raised to the highest levels of management.
Experience & Qualifications
Required Experience : Relevant MIP / VBD Titles5+ years experience with customer facing roles in systems architecture, administration, operations, software support, and IT consulting, with a focus on Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration platforms.BA / BS (or higher) in Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven experience in a customer-facing role.Ability to work independently and as part of a team; customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality support.Experience in conducting technical workshops, training sessions, and webinars on Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise.Provide technical support for Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and diagnose / resolution of related issues.Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Apps features and functionalities; experience deploying, administering, and troubleshooting Office Suites and / or Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise.Collaboration with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Office Apps within the organization’s IT infrastructure.Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise integration with Office Online Server; strong understanding of Office 365 administration, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Stay up to date with updates and features; guide customers on best practices.Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell) and Windows OS; basic networking concepts.Experience with VBA to guide Macros and VBA programming for automation and integration; guidance on moving from legacy solutions.Strong knowledge of Office Scripts and guidance on best use, practices, and benefits.Optional Skills
Advanced networking skills (DNS, firewall, load balancing, etc.).Familiarity with ITIL best practices for IT service management.Advanced knowledge of Office Scripts; Microsoft Office Specialist certifications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for Microsoft 365 Apps.Regards,
