We’re looking for a passionate technology professional to join our team as a SCCM Technical Support Engineer. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them optimize their IT environments through proactive guidance, best practices, risk assessments, and hands-on support. This position requires providing various services to our Enterprise customers to increase systems availability, resolve critical issues, and ultimately improve the health of our customers’ environments. We consult with experienced technical staff to ensure they have the skills to troubleshoot and maintain their solution in line with client’s best practices. When things do go wrong we provide rapid on site expertise to resolve critical situations. What You’ll Do : Provide technical leadership and consultancy to enterprise customers. Deliver proactive services to optimize systems, prevent issues, and drive digital transformation. Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical problems. Build strong customer relationships and represent client with excellence. Deliver trainings, presentations, and documentation to enhance customer capabilities. What We’re Looking For : Strong experience engaging directly with enterprise customers. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills. At least SPM with 3 years relevant experiences. Good understanding with ITIL / Service Management knowledge. Ability to balance technical expertise with business acumen. Adaptability to change and strong teamwork skills. Technical Expertise Required : Networking / SQL Database SCCM / Configuration Manager
(SME level, last 3 years) : Application management, OS deployment, driver / software updates, compliance, endpoint protection, infrastructure design / admin, security & upgrades. Windows 10 : Provisioning, servicing, Windows-as-a-Service with ConfigMgr. Window Server Active Directory : Sites & Services, Group Policy, Certificate Services. Intune & Cloud / Hybrid Solutions : Co-management, Autopilot, Cloud Management Gateway, Endpoint Analytics. Expected Onboarding Date : Mid of Nov 2025. Location : Nu Tower 2, KL Sentral Working hrs : 9am - 6pm, Mon - Fri (PH work required with compensation given) Seniority level
