Job Responsibilities

• We are looking for a Project Planner who is detail‑oriented, responsible, and great at coordination to join our team. You will be responsible for project planning, timeline scheduling, progress tracking, and team coordination, ensuring every project runs smoothly and is delivered on time.
• Assist in developing project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed according to deadlines.
• Coordinate communication between departments to resolve issues during project execution.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure targets are met.
• Support the Project Manager in risk assessment and problem‑solving.
• Participate in project review and improvement meetings to suggest process enhancements.
