As the Talent Acquisition Specialist , you’ll be the key point of contact delivering a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers across all levels. You’ll support the recruitment lifecycle by managing candidate data, scheduling interviews, and assisting in sourcing and branding efforts. You’ll work closely with TA Managers to ensure a seamless and professional hiring process.
What You’ll Do
Manage ATS updates, job postings, and interview scheduling
Support sourcing, CV screening, and candidate communication
Build passive talent pipelines and ensure hiring compliance
Key Performance Metrics
Time-to-fill per requisition
Interview scheduling accuracy and turnaround time
Candidates experience scores (e.g., post-interview surveys)
ATS data accuracy and completion rate
Volume of sourced and screened candidates
Compliance with hiring protocols and documentation
Required Qualifications
University degree preferred.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
Strong skills in MS Office and recruitment systems.
Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
Organized, able to multitask under pressure.
