Coordinate, plan, and implement activities in the relevant department to achieve company objectives and total quality standards. Maintain and improve equipment uptime, perform routine checks, repairs, preventive and predictive maintenance where applicable. Support production with safety, health, and welfare compliance and ensure adherence to ISO, Halal, GMP, HACCP, and other regulatory standards. Develop and implement export, e-commerce, sales, or product development strategies; build and maintain client / distributor relationships; manage budgets and KPIs; supervise teams where applicable. Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and present findings to support decision-making and strategic planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, R&D, quality) to meet customer requirements and improve product and process performance. Participate in audits, certifications, and supplier / partner evaluations; address non-conformances and implement corrective actions. Assist in logistics, stock control, and warehouse operations where assigned; ensure accurate inventory and timely deliveries. Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Food Science, Marketing, or related disciplines) as specified per role. Experience levels vary by role, from fresh graduates to 10+ years for senior positions; managerial experience is noted where applicable. Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage for some client bases. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is often required or preferred. Ability to work in fast-paced environments, multi-task, and manage projects with deadlines. Technical competency as required by the specific function (e.g., QA, QA / R&D, production, packaging, export compliance, logistics). Willingness to travel internationally for export / sales roles and to relocate if needed for certain opportunities. Job Types
