Overview
Handle the full-spectrum of HR functions including employee relations, payroll coordination, recruitment, onboarding and performance management
Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies, procedures and best practices
Liaise with Heads of Departments (HODs) to understand manpower needs, staff performance and training requirements
Organise and coordinate trainings, workshops and staff development programmes to enhance employee skills and engagement
Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation and leave administration in compliance with labour laws and company policies
Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies to support business objectives
Coordinate and assist in employee engagement activities, company events and welfare programmes
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under the Employment Act and other relevant regulations
Support management in performance appraisal exercises and HR reporting
