Provide HR administrative support, including onboarding, documentation, and employee record management
Work closely with Regional HR, Recruitment, and HR Operations teams to streamline processes
Generate HR-related letters (e.g., employment references, promotion letters, Show Cause Letters)
Administer employee onboarding processes
Support HR reporting activities (e.g., attendance, terminations, transfers)
Ensure compliance with Malaysian HR regulations and company policies
Process invoices and purchase orders related to HR activities
Act as the first point of contact for HR operational queries
