Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and human resources policies and practices.
Major Duties :
- Responsible for recruitment, training & development, HR policies and procedures, compensation & benefits and related support activities.
- Attending employee relations, staff discipline issues, staff grievances and counselling.
- Payroll administration to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Liase with the respective government statutory bodies, EPF, PERKESO, LHDN, PSMB, Immigration Dept, Statistic Malaysia Dept. and etc.
- Manage confirmation, annual appraisal and evaluation and year end bonus payout.
- Provide guidance and advise to the Management on government initiatives, best practices and Employment Act.
- Coordinate training activities and ensure training compliance for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and CoC audits.
- Conducts training needs analysis (TNA), training calendar and training evaluation.
- Handling recruitment for foreign workers, liaising with foreign worker agencies. e.g. KDN, Immigration, FOMEMA or other relevant Government Department.
- Identifying applicable environmental requirements that required by customer and communicating it to EMR.
Others Duties :
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior / the Management.Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least diploma / degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or any related field.
Experiences : At least 3 – 4 years
Skills :
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook and Power PointKnowledge in Human Resources Management.Familiar in Malaysian Labour Law.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written).Posses good leadership skills, creative, proactive, mature, self-motivated and ability to work independently.Able to plan conceptually and objectively.Enjoy problem solving and able to give effective solutions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
