Senior Accountant (Full set Accounting)

We are seeking a Senior Accountant responsible for managing full set accounting, internal controls, and group accounting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with local and international standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts closing at subsidiary level, monthly management reports, schedules and analysis.
• Ensure effective internal controls related to financial reporting; identify continuous improvement opportunities and execute change management.
• Collaborate with local subsidiaries, auditors, and tax agents to ensure transactions and records comply with local accounting standards and statutory / tax requirements.
• Prepare tax return submissions and corporate tax filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors, secretaries, and consultants for interim / annual audits and tax filings.
• Contribute to establishing, reviewing, and updating group accounting policies and procedures in line with changes in business requirements and financial reporting standards.
• Reconcile US GAAP and IFRS where applicable.
