Job Description : Sales Execution :
Lead by example in prospecting, presenting, pitching, and closing sales deals.Assist team members in generating and managing leads, pitching, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts.Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.Address escalated customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.Team Leadership :
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to develop the skills and capabilities of team members.Performance Tracking and Reporting :
Monitor and analyze sales team performance against targets and KPIs.Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for the team.Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics, trends, and accomplishments to senior management.Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.Sales Strategy and Planning :
Collaborate with sales management to develop sales strategies and objectives.Assist in setting sales quotas and targets for the team.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and coordination.What We're Seeking :
Experience in Corporate Sales / B2B, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targetsBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in an advertising agency (preferable), with at least 2-3 years in a management role such as a sales manager or supervisor.If you're fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, you are destined for greatness with a wider audience.Negotiation skills, Presentation Skills, Corporate Communications, Critical thinking Skills, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Development of Training Materials, People management skillTask prioritisation and Time ManagementTechnical Skills (Good to have) :
