Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand the client base.Align sales initiatives with corporate objectives through close collaboration with management, marketing, and technical teams.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.Promote tailored technology solutions that address the specific needs of target markets.Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and business goals within assigned verticals.Execute business development activities, including client visits, industry events, and travel as required.What We're Looking For :
A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the technology consulting industry, with a strong track record of success.Knowledge and experience in the commercial and technical domains of Acoustics, Audio-Visual, Information Technology, and Security will be a significant advantage.Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both spoken and written); who will be serving Mandarin -speaking customers.Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while being a strong team player.Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.Willing and able to travel extensively nationwide as required by the role.Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with standard business tools.
