Location : Remote (with occasional travel to Singapore HQ)

Beite Pte Ltd is a fast-growing business consulting and technology company operating across multiple B2B service lines, including digital workplace enablement, cybersecurity & data trust, governance advisory, and digital marketing solutions. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist with strong B2B expertise to design and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities

As our Digital Marketing Strategist , you will bring wide knowledge across the digital marketing spectrum, with proven strengths in advertising (paid media) and organic marketing (SEO, content, inbound) . You’ll work remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and may travel to our Singapore HQ from time to time.

This role offers a unique career path : if you perform well, you could have the opportunity to head a digital marketing agency division under Beite Pte Ltd, leading a team of digital marketers.

  • Develop and execute B2B digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, etc.).
  • Drive organic growth through SEO, content, inbound, and social media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance, providing insights and improvements.
  • Stay ahead of trends, tools, and strategies in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Contribute to developing Beite’s marketing offerings, with potential to lead a future team .

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist / Manager in a B2B environment .
  • Strong expertise in advertising (PPC, display, retargeting, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and organic marketing (SEO, inbound, content, social media) .
  • Track record of designing and executing end-to-end digital campaigns with measurable results.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Singapore HQ .
  • Growth mindset and ambition to step into a leadership role in the future.

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital agencies.
  • Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
  • Familiarity with B2B consulting, technology, or professional services.
