Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Manager in daily operations.
- Assist in sales queries via phone, email, and other communication tools.
- Assist in quotation and follow up.
- Salary ranging from RM2000 to RM2300 depending on experience.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office. Added advantage if proficient in Autocount.
- Carry out administrative tasks, prepare delivery documents, daily sales reports, invoicing, sales transactions, correspondence with customers, support logistic arrangement, support operation department required report, filing documents, etc.
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
- Added advantage if able to speak and read Mandarin.
