KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
- Lead by example by securing new clients and expanding existing portfolios.
- Drive sales activities including prospecting, telemarketing, client meetings, and deal closures.
- Identify market opportunities and propose innovative sales strategies.
Team Leadership & Coaching
Supervise, mentor, and support Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.Provide regular coaching, motivation, and training to develop team capabilities.Allocate leads, monitor performance, and ensure accountability through KPIs.Relationship & Client Management
Act as the primary escalation point for key clients and complex cases.Build and sustain long-term relationships with major business clients and stakeholders.Support the team in developing customized solutions tailored to client needs.Networking & Business Development
Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and partner meetings.Leverage personal and professional networks to generate high-value opportunities.Assist the team in establishing strong referral pipelines.Compliance & Best Practices
Ensure team adherence to compliance, regulatory standards, and company policies.Promote best practices in customer engagement, documentation, and service delivery.Ad Hoc & Cross-Functional Support
Lead or support special projects as directed by management.Collaborate with other departments to streamline sales processes and improve customer experience.Take initiative in continuous improvement efforts across the department.Job Type : Permanent
