Software Test Lead (MNC) – 3 months contract

About The Client Our client is an MNC global leader in personal protection solutions, headquartered in Australia. They design, manufacture, and market high-quality protective equipment including industrial gloves, medical gloves, and safety apparel. With operations spanning over 100 countries, they serve industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and life sciences, with a strong focus on safety, innovation, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop test strategies, create test plans, and build and manage the test team.
  • Execute manual and automated tests, identify and report bugs, and analyze results to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, guide subject matter experts, and oversee the overall testing process.
  • Set quality standards, monitor test progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide reports to management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with test automation, developing test scripts, and utilizing testing tools and frameworks.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and motivational skills to guide and inspire a testing team.
  • Critical thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interactions with technical and non-technical colleagues and management.
  • Must have extensive prior experience as project test lead.
  • THIS ROLE IS OPEN TO MALAYSIANS ONLY.
