Lead and manage the Administrators in their daily tasks. Support and liaise closely with the operation and People & Organization (P&O) on all matters involving employees. Provide HR related guidance, support and communication to in-house staff. Engage regularly with employees to maintain good staff morale. Plan and lead recruitment as well as oversee the onboarding requirements of new hires. Monitor turnover levels, create reports and implement necessary measures to keep this under check. Oversee staff attendance records, leave plans and medical leave records. Track employee disciplinary records and coordinate the reporting process to stakeholders. Compile and prepare reports as required. Provide documentation for audits and monitor compliance. Attend and participate in meetings with customers. Qualifications
Degree / Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline. Minimum 3 years leadership experience in HR or Admin. Proficient with MS applications. Good interpersonal and people management skills. Meticulous with strong administration skills. Diligent and able to work independently. Right to work and live in Malaysia.
