Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Georgetown. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategic plans, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include prospecting, conducting market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and new client prospects in line with Kobay’s strategic goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; understand client needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Develop strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Create proposals and negotiate contracts with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) to meet business goals and ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
- Monitor and report on performance against targets; adjust strategies as needed.
