Our client QUEST ENERGY SDN BHD is seeking a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SENIOR EXECUTIVE (SOLAR) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

Shape Operations : Guide the company's operations towards achieving its strategic goals.

Manage Engineering : Oversee all engineering activities from project start to completion.

Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.

Client Advisory : Advise clients on technical and commercial aspects of solar projects.

Vendor Selection : Select and review contractors, suppliers, and vendors for project execution.

Collaboration : Work closely with engineering and operations teams for smooth project execution.

Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background : A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum 5–8 years of experience in renewable energy, with a focus on solar PV.

Technical Skills : Strong understanding of solar PV system design and project economics.

Project Management : Exceptional skills in managing multiple projects and leading teams.

Communication : Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, and preferably Mandarin.

Software Proficiency : Proficient in MS Office, PVsyst, and related software tools.
