Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across Malaysia. This role is responsible for driving business growth, launching innovative healthcare solutions, strengthening brand presence, and aligning marketing strategies with regional and scientific directions to deliver impactful campaigns, enhance customer engagement, and support sales growth through data-driven insights and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans, KPIs, and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead product launches and support new business segments.
- Gather market intelligence and engage KOLs to drive product value and differentiation.
- Manage marketing team performance, recruitment, and career development.
- Utilize CRM and digital tools to generate actionable insights and enhance customer engagement.
- Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, exhibitions, and product campaigns.
- Collaborate with regional teams on clinical / scientific strategies and messaging.
- Drive internal and external branding via digital platforms and corporate communication.
- Lead continuous improvement and digitization of marketing and business processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within the healthcare or life sciences sector.Good knowledge of the IVD, healthcare, and life sciences industry, including market dynamics and competitive landscape.Experience in managing business relationships with government stakeholders (e.g., Ministry of Health) is an added advantage.Why Sysmex Malaysia?
