design and implement scalable, secure cloud backend solutions using modern technologies and best practices, including containerization with Docker or similar technologies develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and implement automation frameworks to streamline CI / CD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting systems ensure security best practices and compliance with industry standards, optimize system performance participate in the co-design, development, and support of new products and features development throughout their entire lifecycle to ensure continuous improvement and innovation work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure seamless integration provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting continuous improvement and innovation Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field proficiency in Python or any other object-oriented programming languages experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Clean Code principles familiarity with agile development methods, particularly Scrum hands-on experience with AWS services, infrastructure management, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) expertise in security best practices, system performance optimization, and common development toolchains (Git, Jira, Confluence) fluent in English with strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills quick to learn new concepts and technologies with a focus on solving customer and business problems Our Offer
