About the Team

We are the strategic engine behind Grab's Lending business, using data, technology, and trust to redefine financial services and guide financial inclusion across Southeast Asia. Our purpose is to unlock socio‑economic empowerment for SMEs and entrepreneurs by building, rolling out, and commercialising innovative lending products across our regional markets. We are a high‑impact and data‑driven team that values rigorous analysis and effective execution.

Role Overview

You will support lending strategy end‑to‑end, from product and feature ideation and partnerships to regional rollout and user growth. You will work across multiple segments and countries in Grab Lending with a clear path to become a regional product strategy subject‑matter expert or a commercial lead in a specific market. You will report directly to the Head of Retail Lending and Lending Strategy with high visibility to key decision makers, and this is an onsite role based in Petaling Jaya.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Regional Strategy Development

Define, develop and help refine Lending's overall strategy and goals.

Design market intelligence metrics and performance measurement dashboards to monitor ongoing performance of Lending's portfolio of businesses.

Work with the Driver Lending segment lead to rollout products and partnerships across markets collaborating with country leads and country teams.
