Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, social media, and phone.
  • Provide accurate information on products, promotions, order status, shipping, returns, and exchanges.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Process returns, refunds, and replacement requests according to company policies.
  • Work closely with the operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and problem resolution.
  • Track and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews, reporting recurring issues for improvement.
  • Assist with updating FAQs and customer service guidelines.
  • Support e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and special events by ensuring smooth communication with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Communications, E-commerce, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Shopify, Lazada, Shopee tools).
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Positive, patient, and customer-centric attitude.
