COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Manage business agreements or contracts awarded to the company, as assigned by the department head, including execute any commercial activities, tasks and assignments throughout the life of the contract.
• Coordinate and conduct Purchase Order (PO) review meeting upon receipt of PO from customers.
• Ensure that all contractual terms and conditions and requirements within the business agreement, PO and statement of work are complied with, executed and monitored accordingly.
• Act as the company’s liaison with Customer for awarded program / project / PO as assigned by the department head.
• Cooperate with the New Business team on new contract initiation tasks.
• Participate with the Program team in achieving program / project and company goals.
• Enforce the use of and compliance to company procedures, policies, rules, and regulations within the department.
