Overview
Cotra Enterprises Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented and driven Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the sales activities and ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our sales targets.
What you'll be doing
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to boost productivity and revenue
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback to the management team
