Senior Engineer Quality Service Center

Job Description

• Primary responsibilities involve PPAP activities to ensure timely submission and compliance with automove customers' requirements. Key roles include serving as the Notification QM and PPAP Requestor.
• Responsible to generate QPAC / CDCQ based on Division strategy to support customer's request.
• Quality Questionnaire - Support the completion of customer surveys and questionnaires.
• FIT report - Coordinate with subject matter experts to provide the FIT report or retrieve from the web.
• ESD report - Coordinate with subject matter experts to provide the ESD report or retrieve from internal database.
• Qualification report - Coordinate with subject matter experts to provide the qualification report or retrieve from the web.
• Support on other requests such as information marking format, manufacturing location, product and manufacturing information, electrical distribution.
• Certificate of Compliance - Support customer requests through standard responses.
• QSC reporting - Maintain and regularly update process KPI related to QSC processes for management review.
• Standardization and Digitalization - Improve standardization of IFX responses toward customers for different inquiry types and drive digitalization within the area of responsibility to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
