Responsibilities
- Manage the full set of accounts up to the balance sheet.
- Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain the general ledger.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on annual audits and tax matters.
- Provide support to the finance team in various accounting-related tasks.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Possess a minimum of an LCCI Diploma or higher qualification.At least 3–5 years of experience in handling a full set of accounts.Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.Fluent in English (spoken and written); multilingual ability is an added advantage.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
