Responsibilities
- Analyse online transaction patterns to detect anomalies and escalate cases where fraudulent activities are suspected
- Contact customers to perform transaction verification and update status of investigation outcome
- Compile information from relevant stakeholders to aid the investigation process
- Promptly attend to customers' reports on potential cases of financial crimes
- Identify vulnerabilities in the fraud prevention measures and recommend appropriate process enhancements
