Finance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial health and performance of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in guiding business decisions through insightful financial analysis and planning.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting :

Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

Budgeting & Forecasting :

Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management :

Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, banking relationships, and funding requirements to ensure liquidity.

Audit & Tax Compliance :

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and facilitate smooth audit processes.

Internal Controls :

Develop and implement effective financial controls and processes to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial data.

Team Leadership :

Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff, ensuring team development and productivity.

Strategic Planning Support :

Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and cost-saving measures.

Stakeholder Communication :

Work closely with senior management and department heads to deliver financial insights and drive business performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are preferred.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax laws.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SQL, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

High level of integrity and attention to detail.
