Finance Manager

Overview

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations of a mid-sized car leasing business. As a sole contributor, this role requires hands-on management of accounting, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and financial strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly management accounts.
• Track vehicle depreciation, maintenance costs, and insurance expenses.
• Coordinate annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Provide financial insights to support pricing strategies and fleet expansion decisions.
• Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and payment schedules.
• Oversee collections from customers and corporate clients.
• Ensure timely payment of suppliers, insurance premiums, and other financial obligations as required.
• Handle SST submissions, corporate tax filings, and liaise with tax consultants.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and licensing requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.
