Overview
The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations of a mid-sized car leasing business. As a sole contributor, this role requires hands-on management of accounting, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and financial strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly management accounts.
- Track vehicle depreciation, maintenance costs, and insurance expenses.
- Coordinate annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Provide financial insights to support pricing strategies and fleet expansion decisions.
- Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and payment schedules.
- Oversee collections from customers and corporate clients.
- Ensure timely payment of suppliers, insurance premiums, and other financial obligations as required.
- Handle SST submissions, corporate tax filings, and liaise with tax consultants.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and licensing requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
