We specialize in business transformation, operational optimization, regulatory compliance, and talent solutions. With a strong presence across Asia, we are expanding our office to Kuala Lumpur and are looking for a talented Finance Manager to join our team on a permanent basis.

About the role :

The Finance Manager will lead and manage the financial operations of the group covering both Hong Kong and Malaysia. Reporting to our co-founders, this role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate financial management that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking across various departments in a fast-growing environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Finance & Accounting : Manage bookkeeping tasks including accurate data entry and maintenance of financial records.
• Familiar with accounting standards in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Knowledge in transfer pricing and tax is preferred.
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and support monthly financial closings.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities to ensure timely and accurate financial management.
• Collaborate with management to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
• Administer payroll, employee benefits (including medical and leave), and maintain up-to-date personnel records.
