Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content strategy that aligned with the client’s brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate proactively with clients, copywriters, videographers, and the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn.
• Plan basic media buys for content needs and analyse content performance for optimisation opportunities (experience with setting up basic boosts / ads will be an advantage).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure we remain at the forefront of digital innovation.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure social media content performance, optimising strategies to maximize client KPIs and making insights easily understandable.
• Identify and leverage user-generated content and other relevant opportunities to enhance brand advocacy and community engagement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to seize new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Approach tasks proactively and positively, demonstrating excellent communication and confident presentation skills (internal or external).
• Maintain good relationships with clients.
• Work independently while being a team player, demonstrating strong time management skills and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities (If any).
• Provide guidance and structure to juniors for progression toward team leadership roles for this position.
• Candidates with relevant experience or past work in similar roles may be considered for a lead position.
