Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma / Degree. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment. Prior experience in F&B or retail industry preferred. Proficient in MS Word & Excel, familiar with HRMS systems is an advantage. Mandarin language ability is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Please note that all candidates must attach a recent and clear photo in their resume. Applications without a photo will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Advertise job openings on online platforms, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
- Source and attract candidates for various positions (store & HQ).
- Conduct screening interviews and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers for final selection.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Support onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
- Partner with store managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Ensure hiring processes comply with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
