Overview
We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Business Partner to join our Finance Business Partner (BP) team. This is a strategic role where you will go beyond traditional accounting, acting as a trusted advisor to the business. You will take ownership of operating results, applying management accounting expertise, business acumen, and analytical methods to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations. This position is part of our finance transformation journey, where the entire finance function—including settlement and accounting—evolves from a traditional support role into a management-driven, business-partnering function .
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders across departments to drive financial performance, cost control, and resource optimization.
- Conduct in-depth cost and operating analysis to uncover opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
- Provide forward-looking insights, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, guiding business units in implementing refined management practices.
- Support the finance team’s transformation from traditional accounting to business partnering, embedding a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Act as an internal consultant, capable of leading initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, and driving business improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) are an advantage.Proven experience in management accounting, cost analysis, or financial business partnering.Exceptional data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, build financial models, and deliver actionable insights.Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, or other data analytics platforms.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence non-financial colleagues effectively.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead projects and drive change across functions.Experience in business process improvement, project management, or consulting is highly valued.Fintech industry experience or strong interest in financial technology is a plus, particularly in leveraging digital tools and automation to enhance financial decision-making.Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
