You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure project specifications, functionality, and quality standards are met.

Our company is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of mechanical product and system development, ensuring design feasibility, reliability, and performance from concept through deployment and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to develop mechanical system designs.
- Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, and related data to evaluate feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs.
- Design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, systems, and processes to meet customer requirements.
- Investigate equipment failures and diagnose faulty operation to recommend improvements or solutions.
- Assist draughtsman in developing structural and mechanical designs.
- Communicate with customers to understand their technical problems and provide solutions.
- Oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of machinery or systems to ensure they function according to specifications.
- Recommend design modifications to improve performance and eliminate system malfunctions.
- Coordinate and monitor all aspects of production, manufacturing, and fabrication related to mechanical product design.
- Prepare cost estimations, engineering bids, and assist in contract documentation.
- Conduct research on materials, manufacturing processes, and market requirements to improve design and functionality.
- Liaise with internal departments such as production, marketing, and sales to align technical and commercial project goals.
- Arrange meetings and participate in discussions on project planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Occasionally travel to client sites or production facilities to evaluate technical feasibility and installation requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Proficient in AutoCAD , Autodesk Inventor , and SolidWorks .Strong understanding of mechanical systems, structural design, and manufacturing processes.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.Good interpersonal and communication abilities for team collaboration and client engagement.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.Willingness to travel when required.Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Knowledge of FEA / CFD simulation tools.Experience in metal fabrication or machinery design.Familiarity with project management tools and contract administration.#J-18808-Ljbffr
