Experience in pyrolysis, petrochemicals, waste valorisation, or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Experience operating factory equipment and production systems is preferred. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to shift work and handle pressure.
