Manager, Channel Marketing (Delivery Platforms)
Role Overview
The Manager – Delivery Channel Marketing leads the strategic growth and performance of the brand’s delivery business across third‑party platforms such as GrabFood, Foodpanda and ShopeeFood. This role focuses on driving channel profitability, enhancing visibility, and expanding market share through data‑driven strategies, platform partnerships and cross‑functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel strategies that drive GMV growth, profitability, and brand differentiation across all delivery platforms.
- Identify new market opportunities, optimise performance levers, and align internal stakeholders toward achieving delivery business goals.
- Lead end‑to‑end planning of platform campaigns and promotions to maximise conversion and repeat purchase.
- Analyse campaign results to refine execution, improve ROI and enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure menus, pricing, images and availability are accurate and up‑to‑date on all platforms.
- Manage menu optimisations based on best‑sellers, bundles or market demand.
- Track and analyse key delivery metrics (GMV, basket size, conversion) to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to track KPIs and flag issues or opportunities.
- Promotions analysis and monitoring to ensure P&L is well optimised.
- Align with IT, operations and store teams to ensure accurate listings, smooth fulfilment and high customer satisfaction.
- Implement process improvements to reduce order rejections, out‑of‑stock and downtime.
- Support quick resolution of listing errors, downtime or order flow issues with relevant departments or vendor teams.
- Oversee all creative and content development for delivery platforms, ensuring brand consistency and standout visibility among competitors.
- Partner with brand and creative team to deliver high‑impact visuals and assets that strengthen platform presence.
- Build strong, strategic relationships with key platform partners to secure visibility, exclusive deals and co‑marketing opportunities.
- Stay ahead of new platform tools, programmes and beta initiatives to unlock first‑mover advantages.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.5–8 years’ experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, Delivery channels or platform account management.Familiarity with aggregator platforms (e.g., GrabFood, Foodpanda, ShopeeFood).Strong coordination, communication and analytical skills.Experience in F&B or quick‑service brands is a plus.Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
