Job Summary :
The IT Manager will lead and manage the company’s overall IT strategy, systems, and infrastructure. This role is responsible for overseeing digital information initiatives, software development projects, cybersecurity, and process automation across all business units. The IT Manager ensures that technology supports the Group’s operational efficiency, drives innovation, and aligns with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibility :
Develop and execute the Group’s IT strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
IT Operations Oversight
Oversee all IT operations, including network infrastructure, system administration, cybersecurity, and business applications, ensuring smooth and secure operations.
Software Development & Automation
Lead both in-house and outsourced software development projects to enhance business efficiency and improve the customer experience.
Identify opportunities for process automation to minimize manual workloads and optimize operational efficiency.
Prepare and manage the annual IT budget in line with company objectives.
Evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendors for software, hardware, and IT services.
Research and recommend emerging technologies that support business growth and innovation.
Ensure system scalability, cybersecurity, and seamless integration across platforms.
Collaboration with Heads of Business (HOBs)
Partner with HOBs to understand operational requirements and translate business needs into effective IT solutions and service delivery.
Provide technical advisory for strategic business initiatives.
Data Protection & Disaster Recovery
Ensure company compliance with PDPA and relevant data security standards.
Maintain, review, and periodically test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Develop employee awareness and best practices for data protection and cybersecurity.
Experience / Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Master’s degree or relevant certification (CISM, PMP, ITIL, or AWS / Azure certification) is an advantage.
Minimum 7-10 years of IT experience, including experience in a managerial or leadership role .
Proven track record in managing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, finance systems, travel management systems preferred).
Hands‑on experience in digital transformation, process automation, or software project delivery.
Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity and data governance.
Technical Knowledge / Skills :
Strong expertise in IT systems, including ERP, CRM, finance systems, and travel management systems.
Experience in digital transformation, automation, and software development.
