We are looking for a Store Manager to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring that it runs efficiently and effectively. This role involves managing staff, driving sales performance, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service. The Store Manager is pivotal in achieving store goals, improving operational processes, and fostering a positive work environment.

You will also be responsible for :

• Store Operations : Manage daily operations, including opening / closing, cash handling, and inventory. Ensure the store is clean and organized. Enforce policies for efficiency and compliance.
• Sales & Financial Management : Drive sales, analyze performance, and manage budgets to ensure profitability. Set and track sales targets.
• Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and coach staff. Manage performance, schedules, and foster a positive work environment.
• Customer Service : Deliver excellent service, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction. Implement strategies to improve customer experience.
• Inventory Management : Control stock levels, conduct audits, and work with suppliers on orders and deliveries.
• Visual Merchandising : Ensure displays follow brand guidelines and drive sales through effective merchandising.
• Compliance & Security : Adhere to company policies, ensure safety standards, and manage loss prevention.
• Reporting & Administration : Submit performance reports, manage documentation, and collaborate with management to address business needs.
