Senior Site Supervisor

Job Responsibility

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Create and manage daily work schedules, coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
• Maintain site records and report progress, challenges, and updates to senior management or clients.
• Manage inventory of materials and equipment; ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Assist with cost control and ensure work is completed within the allocated budget.

Pay : RM2, RM6,000.00 per month
