RETAIL LEASING EXECUTIVE (SHOPPING MALL)

Sourcing for potential prospects and attend to enquiries.

Conduct marketing sales calls, site viewings and presentations.

Responsible for handling all lease documentations.

Generate leasing leads and negotiate deals from initiation to final execution.

Assist in retail operational matters and recommend strategies that will improve and maximize efficiency.

Work with tenants to develop retail SOP and ensure tenants adhere to the mall rules and regulations.

Monitor tenancy renewal and necessary follow up on payments.

Aid in planning and implementing the tenancy mix in a retail mall.

Research and report on competitive leasing trends in the industry.

Work closely with Head of Department on the overall department performance and goal.

Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.

Requirements

Minimum Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in the relevant discipline.

Fresh graduates or preferably with marketing working experiences are welcome to apply.

Resourceful and has ability to work well with landlord and tenants.

Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.

Able to work independently and as part of team and weekends if necessary.
