What You’ll Do

• Liaising with Hiring Managers on vacant positions (obtaining the necessary approved requisition forms, job scope, level, etc.)
• Posting job adverts and shortlisting candidates for Hiring Managers.
• Liaison and arrangement for interviews between HR, Hiring Managers and candidates (including booking interview rooms).
• Preparation of documents for interviewers – profile summary of candidates.
• Offer letter preparation and negotiation with candidates.
• Assist in other recruitment activities such as career fairs and university visits.

Specific Skills & Experience Required : Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment operations. Minimum 3 years of experience.

Work Location and Business Operation Hours : Midvalley or Shah Alam office (to be discussed; the current team rotates between both offices).
