We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to drive and scale our hiring efforts across Malaysia.
You’ll take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment and partnering closely with business leaders across headquarters and retail functions. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of our hires - identifying, attracting, and closing talent to be part of Lotus's.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Own full-cycle hiring across diverse business functions, with a strong focus on retail hiring.
- Act as a talent quality gatekeeper — screening beyond resumes to identify quality individuals.
- Proactively source exceptional candidates via platforms, communities, networks, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, and define role scopes.
- Conduct insightful interviews that uncover both skill and cultural fit.
- Provide structured feedback to candidates and internal teams to drive data-informed hiring decisions.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and timely engagement.
- Manage and continuously improve the hiring funnel through recruitment analytics.
- Stay ahead of talent market trends in Malaysia to shape proactive hiring strategies.
