Job Summary
The Salesperson is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s food and beverage products, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and achieving assigned sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the Company’s products to new and existing customers within the assigned area.
- Visit outlets, distributors, and business partners regularly to maintain and strengthen business relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the Company’s market presence.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, customer feedback, and market updates to the Sales Manager.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product performance to support sales strategies.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and assist in resolving customer issues related to orders or deliveries.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities as required by the Company.
