Pastry
- Follow the production schedule given by the Pastry Chef each day
- Produce pastry products per company standards and instructions laid out by the Pastry Chef
- To assist the Pastry Chef in the creation of desserts
- To ensure that daily desserts preparations meet outlined recipes including portion size, quantity and quality.
- Scale and prepare simple toppings per company recipes
- Consolidate containers of glazes, fillings, and toppings at the end of the day
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas including but not limited to tables, shelves, microwaves, mixers, and floors
- Ensure maintenance of equipment and tools used daily and report any malfunctions to the Pastry Chef immediately
- Complete and submit cleaning checklists at designated times
- Other related responsibilities as assigned
