Job Responsibilities
Assist customers with spare parts orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Coordinate and drive spare parts and service sales by collaborating with internal teams (delivery, purchasing, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Respond promptly to sales inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing detailed information on product pricing, availability, photos, and specifications. Process customer orders including generating sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices using the company system. Highlight promotional items and introduce new products to customers to drive upselling opportunities. Monitor and manage customer credit limits and actively follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation in a timely and organized manner. Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate (Min SPM) Good communication skills in Bahasa Malay, English, and Mandarin proficiency are an advantage. Disciplined, self-motivated and independent Computer literate Having vehicle spare parts knowledge will be an added advantage Able to travel when required Job Benefits
