JOB PURPOSE
Manage and update surveillance and portfolio monitoring for SME debt resolution, ensuring timely reporting of key statistics and offering insights of the SME ecosystem. Handle administrative and secretariat tasks for the Debt Resolution Committee (DRC) and SME Committee (SME Com) and prepare and consolidate reports on SDMD activities for stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Extract and Report : Monitor, cleanse and extract analytics for RAS applications, highlighting detected anomalies (if any).
- Research and Insights : Conduct detailed research and provide actionable insights to suppot departmental decisions and operational improvements.
- Data Integration and Policy Support : Implement and manage data integration processes, ensuring data accuracy and providing support for policy development within the department. While participating in departmental and organization-wide initiatives for integrating SME data to strengthened assessments, policy formulation, and decision-making.
- Stakeholder Support : Manage stakeholder relations hips, coordinate essential communications and negotiations.
- Administrative and Secretarial Support : Manage the administration of the DRC and SME Com Secretariat, including pre-meeting arrangements, minutes-taking, and meeting materials compilation.
- Project Management and Reporting : Update, compile and deliver monthly and ad hoc management reports with detailed performance metrics and analysis to support operational decision-making (ie : Factsheet, KPI, Board, BNM Input Handbook). Handle budget preparation, tracking, and feedback collection.
- Department Administration : Handle daily departmental administration tasks, including scheduling of departmental meetings / working arrangements / leave plans, resource allocation, and internal communications to ensure smooth operations.
- Additional Tasks : Perform other related duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements for Senior Executive :
Mature, focused and analytical with strong attention to detailsGood proficiency in Microsoft Ofice tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat. Having advance excel knowledge is an added advantage.Exposure in administration of meetings (e.g. minutes taking, capturing matters arising and conducting follow through actions) possessing basic banking and finance knowledge is a value-add.Good command of the English language with exXcellent range of communication skills, including written and verbal.Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills.Must be able to interact and work alongside teams at all levels, within and outside departments.Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.WORK CONDITION
The Senior Executive is required to leverage expertise in data analysis, modelling, and interpretation, while managing strict deadlines for reports and projects, and fostering effective collaboration both within the department and with external stakeh olders at all levels.
