Product Portfolio Manager

Penerangan pekerjaanIdentify opportunities to grow the loan portfolio and improve profitability Analyze trends and segment performance to inform product enhancements, campaigns and portfolio strategies. Conduct market research and benchmarking to assess competitor product propositions, pricing strategies, and process flows. Oversee the performance and health of the loan portfolios. Monitor key metrics including portfolio growth, customer base expansion, and segment penetration. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Generate insights and reports to inform product decisions and portfolio strategies Track and analyze customer trends, usage patterns, and program effectiveness. Manage adhoc projects / business initiatives as and when required Possess Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting / any equivalent. Min 3 years relevant working experience Experience in product management, portfolio management, or related roles within banking or financial services, would be an added advantage. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans. Able to communicate and interact well with people at all levels Ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent changes in team structure and priorities. Self-driven and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and functions. High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.

Contribute to the development of product strategies that support the bank's SME market share expansion.

- Support the development and execution of product strategies across SME and EB segments.
- Collaborate with program managers to define strategic direction and drive tactical initiatives for key lending programs in BB.
