Client Support Officer – Fund Administration (Mandarin Speaker)
Position : 12‑month contract, M / F, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Role within CACEIS, Asia‑Pacific region.
Opportunity
CACEIS Malaysia is a processing center supporting 10 countries. The role aims to enhance scalability and service quality through client‑centric delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serves as point of contact for servicing clients and interacting with market and other providers.
- Govern overall service delivery, drive improvement of service quality.
- Perform proactive servicing for a designated portfolio of products.
- Foster a client‑centric mindset across teams.
- Document opportunities, prioritize and lead enhancements to client experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects to optimize business performance (processes, equipment, information, systems).
- Ensure compliance with ethics, compliance and CSR policies, preventing corruption practices.
- Translate business line strategic objectives into coordinated action plans.
- Make effective, informed decisions, defend them, and lead change initiatives.
- Promote innovation and continual learning.
- Stay current on client, products, services and market developments.
- Upsell and retain clients.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of client servicing experience in fund administration.6‑10 years of operational experience; proficiency with multiple product lines.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong attention to detail, organization, multi‑tasking, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of fund / trust industry and financial markets.Prior exposure to operational risk and monitoring tools.A sense of urgency, flexibility, and ability to cope under stress.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).English language proficiency.Technical Skills
Proficiency in client query management tools.Operational experience in multiple fund and trust product lines.Education
Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
