Due to strong growth in our software business we are looking for an exceptional software engineer with team leading experience to help us expand and scale our software development activities.
As a Team Leader & Software Engineer at DUG Technology, you’ll work within a world-class team of energetic problem solvers on ambitious software challenges. Guided by our agile continuous integration process you’ll develop advanced features for DUG Insight, our flagship product.
You will also work closely with senior management and HR to build and manage a talented team of software engineers in Kuala Lumpur.

List of Responsibilities :
- Design, implementation, testing, optimisation, code review and maintenance of scientific software written in the most appropriate language to solve each problem (including Java, C / C++ and Python)
- Becoming conversant in the problem domains of new and existing products
- Acting as 3rd-level technical support, for otherwise-unresolvable customer issues
- Working hand-in-hand with software engineers located in other geographical areas
- Building up and leading a team of software engineers in Kuala Lumpur
