Sales Development Representative – Bossjob

We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative to support our business growth in the Malaysia market. This role focuses on prospecting, engaging potential clients across multiple channels (phone, email, social platforms, canvassing, networking), and generating qualified leads. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and play a key role in building our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new leads opportunities through cold calls, emails, canvassing, social media and other relevant outreach methods in Malaysia market.
• Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to build a strong lead pipeline.
• Initiate conversations with prospects, qualify their needs and schedule meetings / demos.
• Nurture relationships with potential clients through consistent follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in proper documentation.
• Meet and exceed weekly / monthly targets for outreach, lead generation, and conversions.
